Connectivity Analysis Toolkit (CAT) provides connectivity analysis and linkage mapping in a simple interface. It facilitates calculation of 'centrality' metrics, which evaluate paths between all possible pairwise combinations of sites on a landscape to rank the contribution of each site in the ecological flow across the network of sites.
